Philosophy

Not produced. Composed.

Every decision is yours.

One movement. One owner.

From first word
to final wind.

01

Consultation

Every commission begins with a conversation: about the wearer, the occasion, the obsession. No brief is too personal. Most clients discover what they want in the second hour.

02

Concept

Sketches and dial renderings. Movement architecture. A language agreed upon between maker and owner before a single component is ordered.

03

Components

Movements primarily from Seiko's NH series, ETA, and Sellita — chosen for reliability and long-term serviceability. Cases, dials and hands specified to micron tolerances. Every part is held, examined, selected. Never assumed. Other calibres accommodated on request.

04

Assembly

Hand-regulated and cased in the atelier. The movement is observed, adjusted, observed again. No rush. Only readiness.

05

Delivery

Presented in person. Accompanied by a hand-written record of every choice made, and every adjustment measured. Yours, entirely.

No. 019

Sport · Steel · Black tapisserie dial

Independent Atelier

TH Watches is
Thariq Hussain.

There is no factory. No team. No production run. Each watch is built in a private atelier by a single set of hands, using tools that belonged to watchmakers before me and techniques that haven't changed in a century.

The obsession started not with watches but with the idea that something made for one person, by one person, is fundamentally different from anything made for many. A watch you commission here will fit your wrist, carry your preferences, and hold a conversation only you fully understand.

I take three or four commissions per year. I would rather do fewer things well than many things adequately.
